We have changed Layout of Menu options.Below screen displayed both Old Menu and New Menu.

Here is explanation of all menu options.

Prepare

  1. Templates : Now this item is under Survey > Manage Templates.Template is the starting point of the framework. It is one of the most flexible features in the platform. You can design your questionnaire using this page.

  2. Notes : Now this item is under Setup > Manage Content.Notes are shown to the end user or seen by end users in its format.

  3. Files : Now this item is under Setup > Manage Files option.This is used to add/edit/delete files.

  4. Feedback List : Now this item is under Setup > Feedback Recepients option.This page is used to add the recipients of the Feedback messages provided by the users of the online tool. The recipients should be added based on the regions they are responsible for. The feedback emails will be sent to only those recipients who are responsible for the survey for which the feedback is provided.

  5. Participant Fields : Now this item is under Setup > Participant Field option.To add/edit/delete additional information for participants.

  6. File Fields : Now this item is under Setup > File Fields option.To add/edit/delete additional information for Files.

  7. Your Flow : Now this item is under Setup > Your Flow option.To setup template for word document which used as brochure.

Engage

  1. Surveys : Now this item is under Surveys > Manage Surveys.Survey page is use to create the survey. This is where the survey is actually created.

  2. Participants : Now this item is under Participants > Manage Participants option.Participant represents the companies/signatories that are participating in the survey. This option basically holds all the information about the participants. This screen also allows the managers to login as a particular participant and to respond or modify responses on behalf of that participant.

  3. Feedback : Now this item is under Participants > Participant Feedback option.To display list of questions/feedback which was from participants/users.

Analyze

  1. Your Datasets : Now this item is under Data & Analysis > Your Datasets.Dataset page is the starting point of analysis on the survey.

  2. View Responses : Now this item is under Data & Analysis > View Responses option.View the response of the participants for the survey with its scores.

Report

  1. Feedback Report : Now this item is under Feedback/Scorecard > Credit/Edit Report.Create your own brochure for the specific report.

  2. Export Responses : Now this item is under Data & Analysis > Export Responses option.Export the responses by specifying dates.

  3. Template Scores : Now this item is under Survey > Export Template Nodes option.Export the scores of the template in csv or xls format.

Administer

  1. Administrators : Now this item is under User Management > Administrators.The Administer section of Probench is mainly used for resetting passwords for R&A team members and giving access to certain areas of Probench. Only one R&A team member should be given Admin access.

  2. Logins : Now this item is under User Management > Logins option.Logins are the real users who will use the Probench platform in order to give responses to a survey or multiple surveys. They can be representatives from the company (Participants) or can be an authorized team who fills the survey on company’s behalf.

  3. Regions : Now this item is under Setup > Manage Regions option.This is used to add/edit/delete regions which used by participants and surveys.

  4. Configuration : Now this item is under Setup > Configuration option.This page is used by the developer as well by the managers. It contains values that can be passed to some functions or some modules for processing or for making the Screen/User Interface changes.

  5. Import Participant : Now this item is under Import > Import Participants option.Import participant is a bulk import process to directly add participants from csv file.

  6. Import Response : Now this item is under Import > Import Response option.Import Response is for bulk import the participant responses form directly csv file into survey.

  7. Activity Timeline : Now this item is under Logs > Activity Log.Activity Log page will show all the history that is logged for the activities done by the managers on Probench backend.

  8. Response History : Now this item is under Logs > Response Log option.Response history is to view the log of responses.We can filter the responses as per participants, Variable name and responses start from to end to date.

  9. Email History : Now this item is under Logs > Email Log option.View the logs of user to whom email has been sent.

  10. User Reminder : Now this item is under Communication > Send Reminders option.Reminder button is used to send email to all users who have submitted or unsubmitted survey or who have not started survey etc.

  11. Send Invitation : Now this item is under Communication > Invite Participants option.Send Invitaion is used to send bulk email to participants depends on filters selected.And it will send email to participant on emailId provided in Primary Contact Email.

  12. Delete Entry : Now this item is under Advance > Delete Entry option.To delete response entry for particular participant and survey.

  13. Move Entry : Now this item is under Advance > Move Entry option.Move entry helps to move responses from selected survey of participant to another survey of same participant.

  14. Transfer Entry : Now this item is under Advance > Transfer Entry option.Transfer entry helps to copy responses from selected survey of participant to another survey of same participant.

  15. Merge Users : Now this item is under Advance > Merge Users option.To merge the participant data.
